New Construction

This is where we are involved from the very beginning with an architect and builder. We help space plan, plan for furniture configuration and flow, we schematically design where lighting will go according to needs and desired ambiance. We partner with our client to select interior & exterior finishes for them, considering their style and desired look for their home. When the finishes & fixtures are selected, we can also discuss furniture and fully furnishing a home so that when construction is done, we are ready to implement the decor.

Renovations

Renovations come large and small and we do it all. Similar to new construction, we partner with a client and their architect or builder to help create plans from the existing structure, a new floor plan, new finishes and fixtures, and then onto furniture if the project calls for it.

Full-Scale Home Furnishings & Decor

Furnishings vary as well from project to project. We can start fresh with all new furniture, drapery and decor, or we can inventory items that will be kept and items that will be released. We then create a furniture plan for placement and start to find the perfect pieces. We usually only work with trade-exclusive vendors and try to stay away from “big box stores” to give each client that unique “designer look”. We do not typically shop alongside our clients but instead hear what their needs and desires are for their space, and present a few options for each piece that is needed. We pay close attention to what our clients style is and take pride in pulling together a high-style, elevated design for them.

Furnishings & Decor

Window Treatments

We help select fabric or hard finishes, measure windows, and source through our local workroom. We offer draperies and hard shutters, as well as motorized window treatments.

Sometimes someone just needs a designer eye and we can do this as well. This varies project to project, but we base this on a flat fee depending on the scale and are happy to discuss this option. Please inquire for more information!
